oil based poly with solids quick question

Can anyone explain the difference between *Varathane Clear Semi-Gloss High Solids Floor Finish* for $75.81/gallon at Menards and *Varathane Premium Semi-Gloss Oil-Based Floor Finish* for $39.32/gallon at Menards? Of course I am looking for a difference other than the $35 per gallon pricetag...:) On their labels, both say they are fast drying with aluminum oxide and for high traffic areas. The labels look almost identical. I have original maple strip flooring I plan on sanding and refinishing...not staining...just using poly and am trying to figure out which stuff to use. Sorry if this has been asked before.
